VESPREL TERMS

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 13, 2026

These terms govern your use of Vesprel. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

Vesprel lets photographers create events and collect photos uploaded by guests into a storage destination of the photographer’s choosing. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your login and gallery passwords confidential and for the activity under your account. Let us know promptly of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Vesprel to upload or share content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you don’t have the right to collect or store. You are responsible for obtaining any consents needed from the people in the photos collected at your events.

Your content

You and your clients retain ownership of the photos and event content you collect. You grant Vesprel the limited permission needed to store and display that content in order to provide the service.

Third-party storage

If you connect your own storage (such as Google Drive), your use of that service is also governed by that provider’s terms. You are responsible for your storage account and its contents.

Warranty and liability

Vesprel is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data. We recommend photographers keep their own backups of important media.
